The Service

The Decision Reading is a 60-minute astrological consultation focused on one question: whether a relationship’s current difficulty is temporary (tied to a specific astrological period) or structural. The service consists of the live 60-minute call with Hari.

Included at no additional charge: as a complimentary addition, Hari provides a written summary of your reading and a recording of the call, normally within 2 business days. These are provided alongside the service and are not conditions of it — your reading is considered fully delivered once your call has taken place.

You will also receive one follow-up question by email within 30 days of your session.

When Work Begins

Preparation for your reading begins shortly after you submit your intake form and birth details — not on the day of your call. Constructing and analysing your chart takes several hours and is completed in advance, so that your call is spent on your situation rather than on preparation. By submitting your birth details, you are asking Hari to begin this work.

What This Service Is Not

• This is not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal, or financial advice. If you need professional support in any of those areas, please seek a licensed professional.
• We do not tell you what to do. The reading provides an astrological analysis and timing information. Any decision about your relationship remains entirely yours.
• We do not make predictions with certainty. Timing windows and interpretations are offered as analysis, not guarantees of outcome.

Payment

• The fee is $299 (₹25,000 for clients in India), as stated on our booking page at the time you book.
• Card payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. Clients in India pay by UPI after booking; the booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Booking Notice

Appointments open a minimum of 2 business days from the time of booking. This ensures there is real time for Hari to prepare your chart properly before your call. Same-day or next-day slots are not available for this reason.

Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days from the time of booking to cancel this contract without giving a reason.

Because preparation begins shortly after you submit your birth details, you will be asked to confirm the following at the time of booking:

“I’m asking Hari to begin work on my chart as soon as I submit my birth details, rather than waiting until the 14-day cancellation period has ended. I understand that if I cancel after work has begun, I may be charged for the work already carried out, and that once my reading has been fully delivered I will no longer have the right to cancel.”

Once you’ve confirmed this, the cancellation and refund schedule below applies in place of an automatic full refund at any point within the 14 days. To withdraw or cancel, email us at the address below — you do not need to give a reason.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

• Cancelling 48 hours or more before your consultation: you will be refunded in full.
• Cancelling less than 48 hours before your consultation: refunds are not available, but you may reschedule once at no charge — Hari will already have begun preparing your chart.

To reschedule, cancel, or ask about a refund, email [email protected] as soon as possible.

Our Guarantee

• If you finish your call without a clear answer, email [email protected] within 48 hours and Hari will provide one complimentary 20-minute follow-up call to get you there.

This guarantees the work Hari does, not what your chart shows. Some charts give a clean, unambiguous answer, and some genuinely don’t — where the timing is uncertain, he’ll tell you so, which is an honest answer, not a failure to deliver one. This remedy is offered in place of a refund and is limited to one follow-up per reading.

Recording

Your call is recorded so that Hari can prepare your written summary, and so you have a copy for yourself. You’ll be reminded of this at the start of your call. If you’d prefer not to be recorded, let Hari know before the call begins.

Intellectual Property

The written summary and call recording are provided to you for your personal use. The methodology, content, and materials used in delivering the reading remain the property of Astrology with Hari and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrology with Hari is not liable for any decisions made, or outcomes experienced, as a result of information provided during or after a reading. The service is provided for informational and reflective purposes only, and any actions you take based on it are your own responsibility.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your own jurisdiction (including the EU/UK withdrawal right above) applies regardless of this choice of law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
