• Booking and intake information: your name, email address, birth date, time and place of birth, and the details you share in the intake form (what you’re deciding, how long it’s been going on, what you’ve tried).
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves.
• Scheduling information: handled by our booking provider (Cal.com) when you select a time for your call.
• Call recordings: if you book a Decision Reading, your call is recorded so we can prepare your written summary. You will always be told this in advance.
• Basic site analytics: anonymized or aggregated usage data collected via Microsoft Clarity (e.g., pages viewed, general navigation patterns) to understand how visitors use the page.

How We Use This Information

• To prepare for and deliver your reading, including your written summary and the call itself.
• To communicate with you about your booking, your one follow-up question, or scheduling.
• To process payment for services purchased.
• To improve this website based on general usage patterns.

We do not use your birth or personal details for any purpose beyond delivering your reading, and we do not sell your information to third parties.

Who We Share Information With

• Stripe — payment processing.

• Google (Gmail) — communication and delivery of your written summary.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized website analytics.

We do not share your intake form, birth details, or call recordings with anyone else, and we never publish or discuss your specific situation without your explicit, separate consent (e.g., for an anonymized case study).

How Information Is Disclosed

Information is shared with the above service providers electronically and only as needed for them to perform their specific function (processing payment, scheduling, sending email, aggregating anonymous analytics). These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Data Security

• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe’s PCI-compliant systems; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Intake forms, birth data, and call recordings are stored in Google Drive, in a restricted-access folder that is not publicly shared and is accessible only to Hari.
• We retain your intake and reading materials for 12 months and delete them after that unless you request otherwise.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within any timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are located in the EU or UK: under the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have not handled your data properly. We process your information on the basis of your consent (when you submit an intake form or book a reading) and to perform the service you’ve requested.

If you are in California: you may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion.
